Whilst the condo wasn't being used for a few days we could not have an afternoon checkout without paying and to use the general amenities on different levels to our bags was too difficult with the kids and need to repack across 6 bags and 2 ski bags all the ski gear including the skis, boots and helmets, clothes for the whole family. Whilst I understand the need for consistent policies, after an 11 night visit and long flights back to Aus, I am not sure that it needed to be a deal and would have been a lovely customer delight. A friend at another resort was granted a 2pm check demodé with no extra fee with a 2 night stay. It just would have made the end of our trip perfect. …
